Why did a block not apply immediately? Applying and clearing blocks depend on iOS scheduling and can take one to two minutes.
How do I remove every restriction? Turn off PlainLock’s permission in Settings > Screen Time. PlainLock is a self-control tool, not a security tool. You always have final control.
Why are my rules gone after changing phones? Rules stay on the original device only. Create them again on your new phone.
Which systems are supported? Only iOS versions tested when the app is released are supported. Future system compatibility and continuing updates are not guaranteed.
App data and support email
The PlainLock app itself collects no data and makes no network requests. If you voluntarily email [email protected], your email address, message, and any attachments you provide are handled by the email service provider solely to reply to and resolve your support request.
